Total U.S. Searches up Over 20% from Last Year!

Filed under: General,Google & Other Search Engines — Tracy

Nielsen Announced U.S. Search Share Rankings yesterday for May. Total U.S. searches increased over 20% from 7.8 billion in May 2008 to 9.4 billion. Wow. MSN was the only major search engine to lose a share of search, dropping 14.6%.  Can Bing revive MSN?  They’re in the middle of a major media blitz; I’ve had a few clients ask about it within the last week.
