Social Marketing Projections for Small Businesses
A recent report estimates that the number of small businesses in the US using social marketing will double in the next 12 months. According to Access Markets International (AMI), 300,000 small businesses are already using social marketing in some form. That sounds like a lot, but that’s only 5% of the small businesses in the US. By this time next year, AMI expects to see 600,000 integrating social marketing into their campaigns. Part of the attraction comes from the lower costs involved with social marketing, helping those with smaller budgets to get their names and brands out in the marketplace. AMI also expects the social marketing websites will increasingly offer customizable features aimed at attracting small businesses.
This is good news, and we expect to see a lot more small businesses use social marketing in the coming year. If you’ve not explored social marketing and what it can do for your business, now is definitely the time to get started.

Industrial marketers have been slow in arriving to the Internet party but they are increasingly getting on board. Fortunately for Internet marketing agencies they bring nice budgets and a desire to dominate their industry.
We have seen more industrial clients move away (running even!) from yellow pages, and some of the old tired industrial directories. These clients appreciate finding agencies that are energetic, creative, and that really deliver cost effective solutions.
