Those are some great ideas for adding content to an industrial-related Web site and other B2B sites. I would also like to add another content idea and that’s something similar to a ‘Meet The Staff’ page along with attached photos. I believe it gives sort of a personal touch to the site and a welcoming feeling that may ease the fears of new visitors and potential customers. We are considering such a page ourselves for our industrial supply directory which I’m pleased to have the opportunity to mention on this site.

Thanks, Conrad. That is a great idea to add a “Meet the Staff” page. You’re right, it does give a website a personal touch. It’s also been proven though usability testing that people respond well to photos of people on sites!
