Industrial Advertising Quick Tip #1 : ARCHIVE YOUR NEWSLETTERS

Archiving your newsletters is a great way to add fresh, meaningful content to your site. By creating a landing page for your back issues, putting each HTML letter on its own page, and adding an element to your navigation you’ll create several opportunities for keyword optimization and enhanced visibility in the search engines.

Don’t send out email newsletters?

For manufacturers who fly about daily, filling and shipping orders, putting together a newsletter may seem like an unworthy time cruncher. We’d urge you to reconsider.

Sending a monthly newsletter doesn’t have to be such an undertaking. We know of manufacturers who send monthly newsletters to their distributors including internal news or product and pricing changes. A newsletter can be sent monthly to potential clients or existing customers, or your industrial sales reps. Bearing in mind the future usage of content on your websites for the search engines, you’ll want to exercise discernment in regards to what content lands in your archives.
