Yahoo! Integrates "Yahoo! Answers" Into Its Results
In the SEO world, trend forecasting can be hit-or-miss. Interpreting algorithms, identifying user behavior, analyzing data and making predictions – these can be mentally consuming tasks. Needless to say, when the jackpot is hit, it’s time to shout it from the roof tops!
Case in point: We’ve been watching Yahoo! Answers for quite some time now. (If you’re reading and some of this is beyond you…dont worry. It applies.) Until now, we havent seen a need to participate for any specific ‘on-page’ reasons, though posting anywhere can help drive traffic under the right circumstances. Be that as it may, we’ve continued to keep a close watch from the sidelines.
Using Yahoo! Answers, people can create accounts, ask questions, answer questions (questions are categorized and vary in topic) rate other people’s answers, gain points and climb the level-ladder. “We can leverage this!” seemed to be the concensus. So, accounts were created for a few special industrial clients, and we began to answer questions on their behalf. (Linking back to their sites of course!)
Needless to say, some jaws dropped when we read that Search Engine Watch posted an announcement that Yahoo! would be integrating the Answers platform into their results pages.

If your an SEO, you know what this means. If not…here’s the good part!:
Let’s pretend you’re a sheet metal fabrication company specializing in short run metal stampings…
1. Go to http://answers.yahoo.com/ and create an account. Good idea to have your company name reflected in your user name, too.
2. Search Questions pertaining to your line of work. An advanced search can be executed to make sure your search only returns questions that are still open for questions.
3. Answer away! This is the important stuff: If you’re answering a question relating to short run metal stampings, link back to the page on your site that conveys your metal stamping capabilities. use anchor text, like the example above. In the “source” box, you can refference your site using the full url to your home page. In this scenario, that would be: http://www.tempcomfg.com/

Internet marketing is indeed very different from traditional marketing. In the field of internet marketing the webmaster uses all possible means for promotion just from the comfort of his small office or his bedroom.

Who Gets Vitiligo?
Vitiligo affects one or two of every 100 people. About half the people who develop it do so before the age of 20; about one – fifth have a family member with this condition. It may be an autoimmune process (the body makes antibodies to its own pigment cells). Most people with vitiligo are in good general health, although vitiligo may occur with other autoimmune diseases such as thyroid disease.
Vitiligo is a skin condition resulting from loss of pigment which produces white patches. Any part of the body may be affected. Usually both sides of the body are affected. Common areas of involvement are the face, lips, hands, arms, legs, and genital areas.

I didn’t think that yahoo answers allows you to put in anchor text with the href=
Yes you can reference any url and insert the whole url but to my knowledge trying to use anchor text targeting specific keywords does not work.

I sometimes hit Yahoo Answers for backlinks. I don’t get too much traffic but Google recognizes the back links. After a few months the link is good for a PR1. But it is totally on topic.

I also enjoyed your blogs and surfing your blog. I’ve entered the blogging world recently with a few sites with some mixed success. However I’ve found that you can learn virtually anything by searching the web and reading from others…
